This website is published by Vastudnya Design, an architectural and structural design consultancy led by Bhushankumar M. Bhavsar, based in Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Submitting the contact form or otherwise enquiring about our services does not itself create a client relationship or contractual obligation. A formal engagement begins only once scope, fees and terms have been agreed in writing between Vastudnya Design and the client.

Architectural and structural design services are provided on a project-by-project basis as agreed with each client. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities for any engagement are defined separately in a written proposal or agreement, and these general Terms & Conditions do not override that agreement.

5. Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep information on this website accurate, including project statistics (years of experience, clients served, projects completed and area designed). These figures are updated periodically and represent our record at the time of publishing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to keep this website accurate and available, Vastudnya Design is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit any liability arising under a separate signed service agreement.
